Need help connecting to GoDaddy/Microsoft 365 hosted email address

  Until a minute ago, I didn’t realize you had handy links/options for purchasing a custom email address. So yesterday, instead, I purchased mine through GoDaddy via the Microsoft 365 program.

  Last night GoDaddy support helped me enter MX and TXT DNS Records to my custom domain. However, the TXT isn’t working. How do I resolve the conflict/issues I am experiencing?

  Hi Jen,

  I just took a look at your records and I’m a little confused. Is your email host Zoho or Microsoft 365?

  Can you show me exactly which records they want you to do? I’d be happy to see what I can do.

  Thank you for looking. After I posted this, I read about Zoho and decided to go with it because so much easier/more intuitive. I then canceled my Microsoft 365 email subscription.
