  “Site pages Add” and clicking the plus on the left brings you to a contact form to place on a page. If you have successfully created a contact page and see it pre-filled with your own details that is normal if you are looking at your new site whilst still logged in to WordPress.com. Others will see their own details or blank fields.
  If you have other issues please give more details. The full address of the site you need assistance with would help volunteers and staff troubleshoot too.
