Need help for Biskey Pond Trails Website!

  Hi, My teeenager manages the Biskey Ponds website, and unfortunately their account was decommissioned in error. Even worse – their account was the *only* one associated with the website! We have put in a request for support and restoration of the account, but have not heard anything back from WP. Any suggestions for how we can resolve this?

  I should have included that from the start–

  That site is up and running but is connected to the WordPress.com account charlie1007. That account is still up.

  Immensely helpful! Thank you very much! It turns out that the *User* name had been changed (and then forgotten about). That did the trick!!! Really appreciate the support.
