Need help logging into existing site

    The current admin of an existing WordPress site is no longer affiliated with the company. We want a new developer to work on the site. How do I get my name and/or the name of new developer on admin? The current online request has been pending for some time, so please help! Thank you.

    Hi @paulbehnen, how you go about this will depend on where the site is hosted and who owns the account / billing. Can you send a link to the site so we can point you in the right direction?
