Need help migrating followers from one domain to another

    Recently changed the domain name of my self hosted blog with 3000+ email subscribers. I need to move those followers/email subscribers to this new domain name.

    Tried doing through WordPress.com by using the instructions provided in the Switching Site Documentation but no options were displayed or available in the pull down menu to select the domain I want to migrate to/from.

    Has anyone run across this issue before? Please help

    Hi there, it looks like your site is using name servers that aren’t associated with WordPressdotcom (where we are ).

    Do you have Jetpack installed? I did find this guide on the Jetpack support site https://jetpack.com/support/subscription-migration-tool/ If that isn’t what you are looking for, please head over to https://jetpack.com/support/ and if you have a paid plan, log in to your dashboard there to contact their support. If you don’t have a paid plan you can also post to the Jetpack support forum at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack
