Need help moving a domain to host

  You can contact either myself((email visible only to moderators and staff)) or Liu li ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) – ( regarding this ). We want to move the domain ms-l.co.uk but for some reason we can’t see the transfer button when we go to the place indicated in the help files (
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/) . So can’t initiate a transfer. can you help please thx , Warren

  ms-l.co.uk is not registered through WordPress.com, it is just mapped here. Domain Mapping is the upgrade you would purchase if you wanted to use a domain registered elsewhere (GoDaddy or 1and1 for example) with your WordPress.com site.

  You will need to log into your account at the domain registrar to change the DNS or transfer ms-l.co.uk.

  Many thanks for the reply, It is a friends domain and she didn’t realise until afterwards that it was actually registered elsewhere. We have tracked them down now, Sorry for the confusion.
