Need Help on Renewal

  Hi – received automated phone message to renew my url. I decided to adjust it slightly and hit the purchase and got rows of error messages.

  It says an email is being sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff). However I haven’t been able to get to my site. Is there a chat service I can use now or provide an alternate email?

  Can you tell me what you changed? Was it your domain contact information?

  Hi Shawna-

  Thank you for responding. I just got into my email, so that will be a good start. I basically removed the LLC from the irk to clistecommunications.com – it looked like it worked, until I got the error messages.
  I'll check back tomorrow.
