Need help publishing a post

  Trying to publish a post and I am getting the following error in a red bar at the top: Updating failed. Error message: The response is not a valid JSON response. Can you please help me resolve. Thank you!

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  I have not had trouble posting until today. This is the message I get:

  Publishing failed. Error message: Sorry, you are not allowed to assign the provided terms.

  There is btw nothing in my post that is in any way violent etc.

  so… now, after I have been periodically trying to post, without changing a thing but the time, it posts. Why?
