Need help re web users ability to record video on the site and upload

We want our users to be able to use their own cameras to record video on the site – the video won’t be published on the site but will be reviewed by us. So the content will need to be stored – can you help? I want to know if this is possible.

It looks like you have already closed your account so you won’t be able to reply, but, depending on how exactly would you like this to work you could either add the users as authors/editors to your site or use a membership plugin to achieve that:
