Need help reclaiming domain in redemption period

  Hello, could any of the staff help me to reclaim my domain crunchynihongo.com ? Thank you

  Hi there,

  That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges an $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

  I have sent you a link via email to pay for the redemption.

  When we receive your payment we can email our domain provider to request that they restore the domain. From there it should be back in your account within 48 hours.

  Could you also help with changing registrar after the domain is back?

  Once the domain is back in your account you’ll be able to transfer it to another registrar as explained here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/

  Only you, as the domain owner, can perform that action, though.

  I’ve emailed our domain provider, so now we just wait for them to reply, yes. We’ll let you know as soon as we hear back from them.

  Our registrar has redeemed your domain, and I’ve reactivated it on your account, so it is again showing your site, and you’ll be able to manage it at My Site ->Manage ->Domains.

  If you want to transfer the domain to another provider, you should now be able to do so by following the instructions I linked to above.
