Need help recovering an account

    We used to have a site htacmass.wordpress.com that was created for us by a 3rd party. Unfortunately we no longer have access to the site. We don’t have the transaction id or the activation key. What can we do to recover access to this site?

    The only way we can give you access to the account that owns that site is if you’re able to verify your ownership as required on our account recovery form:

    Recover Your Account

    If you’re not able to provide the necessary verification, we cannot give you access. Even if someone else made the site for you, we consider their account as the owner of the site.
