Need help requesting refund/review for WordPress.com subscription charge

Hello,
I’m hoping someone can help point me in the right direction regarding a WordPress.com subscription charge.
I originally set up a WordPress.com website for a friend, and the account was created under her name, but I was the person who paid for the subscription. We are no longer in contact, and I no longer need or want the subscription.
A renewal charge went through, and I disputed it with my bank because I believed the subscription should no longer continue. After their investigation, they determined the charge was valid and are asking me to provide additional documentation.
Today I attempted to contact WordPress.com support to request a refund or have the charge reviewed. However, because the subscription had already been canceled, I was unable to access the normal refund process through the site and I kept getting directed through an automated support loop without being able to reach a human representative.
I’m hoping someone can advise on how I can get this reviewed by a support agent. I am not trying to regain access to the website or make changes to the site — I am simply trying to resolve the billing issue, cancel any remaining connection to the account, and request consideration for a refund.
I can provide payment information, receipts, and other details privately through official support channels if needed.
