Need help retrieving a paid account

Hi I need help retrieving my paid account. I no longer have access to the email account I created the paid wp account to retrieve the transaction ID to retrieve the password. I paid with a credit cart. I don’t remember the email nor password for this account. Basically I don’t have access to the required information to retrieve my account. Please help.

I wasn’t able to find an account under that name — please double check the name of the account before filling out the Account Recovery form on this page:
I paid with a credit cart.
The transaction ID from your credit card statement can be used to prove ownership of the account. You can use this guide to help you find the transaction ID:

I found my receipt number, but wordpress’s account recovery form doesn’t allow me to submit my request to recover. it gives me an error message saying to use the password recovering method instead. However because I have another website, the one I’m messaging you with, mecratteersmagazine, that’s using the same email. Your system is only giving me password recovery option for mercatteersmagazine and not for https://o0spacegirl0o.live/, my paid account.
please help.
