  I made a mistake and tried to change my URL and now everything is gone. Is there anyway to help. http://cs304.temp.domains/~ccpainte/sandhillcustomdesigns
  I went into the general settings and noticed that my web address was incorrect and tried to change it. When that happened everything disappeared. Is there any way to retrieve it or do I have to start my website over?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Hi there,

  We can’t help directly because we don’t host sandhillcustomdesigns.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  Instead your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically we use a custom site domain tool on WordPress.com which prevents this kind of site lockout, which is my other clue that you might be hosted with another provider.

  The good news though is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  The folks on that forum are more familiar with this kind of site address issue and in the best position to help. I’d also recommend reaching out to Bluehost Support as they may also offer in-house support for site domain changes like this since they handled domains as well as site hosting.
