Need help to cancel an automatic renewal plug in

    Hi, I need help with stopping a renewal called the Currency Converter Widget. It does not reflect on my purchases, there is no toggle button, and I have no control to stop it. Can someone please help.

    We can’t help you with a third party plugin, you need to contact the vendor yourself at https://wordpress.org/plugins/currency-converter-widget/. But it seems to be a free plugin so why would you pay for it?

    In setting up this service, I’m currently being charged $29 USD a year, without it showing on my wordpress pruchases. I don’t even have a creditcard on wordpress however it automatically gets renewed each year. If I have purchased any widgets, should it show in the purchases section with the ability to change information?

    The Purchases page here on WordPress.com will only show upgrades you bought from us.

    We do not sell any Currency Converter Widget, and your site using that widget is not even hosted on our servers, so you aren’t paying us for anything, and never have.

    Please contact the site where you bought/downloaded that plugin directly for help with the payment you’re making to them.
