Need Help to Choose a Plan

    I chose a free plan just to try the design out with full intentions to switch to the business plan in a few days, but was sent to a link to submit my credit card. Please explain why I need to submit payment for the free plan? Thank you

    Hi there,

    You should not have to submit credit card information if you have created or are currently on the free plan. I see that you already have your site created, so if you are going to look at plans and are going through the process, you will be asked for a credit card because it looks like you are about to upgrade a plan.
