  The button is still there. Make sure you’re logged in to WordPress.com to see it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/following/#how-to-follow-blogs

  Thank you for responding. I mean subscription by email. I like friends to visit the page and then subscribe to receive new posts by email. Please is there a way you could help to enable or embed this feature?

  For people who visit your site while logged out of WordPress.com, that button will include an email subscription option.

  For people visiting your site while logged into WordPress.com, clicking that button will automatically subscribe them to email notifications if they have that set as the default setting in their account, or else they can enabled it directly from the WordPress.com Reader after following your site.

  You don’t need to add a separate button just for email subscriptions, as that’s built into the WordPress.com Following system.

  But you can also add the Follow Blog widget to your site’s footer, or you can add the subscription form block to the content of any post or page on your site to give people another way to subscribe to your site via email.
