need help with a website transfer from old to new account.

    I had a wordpress site which I closed. I am trying to open a new one with a different personal email address. I cannot attach the URL from the closed out account. I receive a message that it is attached to another account. However that account was closed. What can I do?

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account
