The account has been transferred to me, but when i try to upgrade it says, another user set up this account and it tells me to login under that account.

I am trying to talk to the support and they keep responding with sounds like you need billing and purchase contact support. Then i get the thumbs up and thumbs down and can’t talk any further. HOW DO YOU CONTACT SUPPORT? IS THERE A LIVE CHAT OPTION? AI is terrible.
