need help with accounts

  Hello, I think we may have two accounts with WordPress. we were using Bluehost to login to WordPress and recently downloaded a template from an outside company to import into WordPress but it needs to be a WordPress.org account (which we thought we had). However, when we imported it, we received a white screen.

  If we close our account, can we make a new account using the same email address and if we can do this, will this likely solve the issue? Thank you!

  Hi there,

  You can close your WordPress.com account and the email associated with it will be released after 30 days. Then you’ll be able to create a new WordPress.com account with that same email address.

  Please note that if you close your WordPress.com account all four of your sites (not the Bluehost hosted one) will also be deleted.
