Need help with billing issue

    Several years ago, I started setting up this site for the business of a friend. Ultimately, she decided to not use it and I don’t think we ever published it. Now she says she has been being billed all this time and wants me to help get it stopped. The site shows up in my profile. But the only credit card attached to my account is my card and it isn’t being charged. Can someone please help me help my friend?

    Hi there!

    I checked your account and found that you have the WordPress.com Explorer plan with the domain bromehill.com. Can you confirm if this is not your friend’s site that you need help with?

    If it’s your site, and your friend’s site is a different one, it’s perhaps best if they can enter their charge details on https://wpchrg.wordpress.com and submit the form on the site to send those over to our billing team. We’ll get back to them via email to help with canceling the subscription.
