Need help with downgrading plan from Business to Premium

  Hi,

  My plan is Business, but I want to downgrade to Premium. But I don’t see any option to do that. My site is: http://www.seemakaushikpoetry.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To do so you need help from a Staff member. Just wait till one of them replies.

  However, before we complete the downgrade to the Premium Plan, I need to make you aware of a couple things: You may lose recent content during the downgrade. As a safeguard against that, please generate a full export of your site’s content, following these instructions:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/.

  After the downgrade is complete, you can import any missing content.

  If you’d like to proceed with the downgrade, can you confirm that you have a complete backup of your site’s posts and pages so that we can restore any missing content after the downgrade is complete?
