Need help with email(WP forms setting) and slow website

    Please see the contact page on our website. We don’t receive any emails from ‘let’s get in touch’ form. I think some part of our setting is wrong but I don’t know exactly. It seems like email does not connect with WP.
    As you can see, our website is super slow. Opening the new page takes it over 30 sec. I contacted with our server however they didn’t see any issue to make it slow.
    Could you please email me the answer at (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Hey there Hiromi, could you send a link to the site? I wasn’t able to see one on this account.

    If it’s hosted here with us, we take care of optimization and provide direct support for any issues you might have. From what you describe with the email, I’m guessing either:

    – the “test” emails are getting stuck in spam (we can check, but I don’t see a site; also I’d be shocked if the site was slow here)

    or

    – the site isn’t actually hosted here, and your host needs to take a look at your server or remotehosts configuration, or there’s an issue with your form plugin.

    If you’ll send a link to the site, we’ll know more & can point you in the right direction. Cheers!
