Need help with logo and wordpress

  So i’ve been working on my website on wordpress, and when i update my logo, it messes up the whole website. When i delete the logo everything goes back to normal but no logo. I already changed the format of the logo to npg o other formats and it seems to work fine for a couple of hrs then it does the same thing. Someone said something about abour an access code but didnt understand. Any knows?
