  Hi, I am setting up a new website and already have a host as well as the domain. The domain is pointing to my host (siteground). I already have another account there, how do I get started allowing access to the new site?

  Great to hear you are making a WordPress website. However, it sounds like you are setting up a site using the open-source WordPress software available at WordPress.org. While related, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are not connected to each other. Here’s a bit more information.
