Need help with odd account recovery situation

I have an odd situation that I need assistance with.

I’m quite positive that the e-mail I registered my website with is my current e-mail. When I search for “wordpress” related emails, these two e-mails showing I need to verify show up.

I tried using both emails in the account recovery page and it said that both links were not valid.

Furthermore, I had to call my bank for a transaction ID to my wordpress purchase (because it’s not viewable in online banking for some reason), and the transaction ID was apparently not the correct format in the wordpress account recovery page.

I have proof. I have both these activation emails, and transaction in my bank statement showing that I made a purchase to wordpress. Also, the website has my name published on it, and my e-mail is literally just my full name.

Can I get some real human assistance on this considering I am a paid customer?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, did you see the last reply from staff in your earlier forum thread?

Let us know if you didn’t receive the email they sent.

    Hello!

The last email asked me to try account recovery again but to leave the transaction ID field blank. I replied to the last email telling the person I was in contact with that the account recovery page would not let me proceed with blank proof fields and I asked if there was a way to bypass this. I did not get a reply back yet.
