Need help with old company website

This is an old website for my company that should no longer be active. No one that was here when this site was active is with our company any longer and we have no idea what the username and password to log in and delete it is.
Our new website can be found at http://www.flpma.org, for reference. Please tell us how we can log in and get rid of the site.
The site I need help with is 108.179.231.110/~flpmaorg/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
