Need help with username and password

    Hello,
    Back in 2018 I used Upwork to get a website made. At that time the contractor used Siteground for hosting and wordpress for content management.
    safftonsoft- wordpress.
    Then in 2019 I switched over from Siteground to Go Daddy hosting because it was cheaper. I honestly don’t remember the details but customer support from Go Daddy helped with the changes.

    I now have someone new for marketing and he wants to make changes to my website. I have no idea what my username and password is.

    Any ideas where I can start?

    We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org. their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
