  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of trombettatales.com?

  That domain expired on 19 July and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.

  It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

  Yes, I would like to proceed with recovering the domain for http://www.trombettatales.com and will pay the $80 redemption fee.

  Thanks for confirming. I’ve sent you a payment link via email that you can use to pay for the domain’s redemption and renewal. Once we receive your payment I can email our registrar to restore the domain, and from there it should be working again within 24 hours.

  Paid. How do I make sure my account has auto renewal, so that we don’t run into this problem again? Thanks

  I have emailed our domain provider to restore the domain.

  Once the domain is back in your account you can re-enable auto-renew by adding a payment method for the upgrade on the Purchases page.
