Need new ‘Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue’ email

Hi, I received some emails about my site having an issue which I unfortunately didn’t see until the most recent key had expired. The email says I should receive a new one within a day if the error is still up, but it’s been more than 24 hours, the error is still there and there’s no new email. Can one be manually sent?

With regards to the email sent, it sounds like this could perhaps be a Jetpack monitor email – does this sound correct?
If yes, if a theme or plugin was updated, this may solve the issue.
