Need Password Reset Link to paste in Welcome email
-
I need to paste in a link to the password reset page in a Welcome email that is generated by Memberpress, however I have no idea what that would be.
I’ve pasted the current text of the email:
“Welcome {$user_first_name}!
Thanks for signing up to this Virtual Assistant training package and bonuses.
For security reasons we don’t send out the password with the username, so you will need to set your password by clicking here:
Once the password is set you can login here: {$login_page}
Username: {$username}”
Any ideas? -
Hi there,
What is the URL of the site you are needing assistance with?
The site appears to be a self-hosted, WordPress (also called “.org”) site.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:
However, if you have access to the server control panel through your web host, it is always possible to regain access to a self-hosted, WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through the steps:

Also, you may wish to contact your hosting support team for direct assistance.
Thanks,
