Need professional help stat – our news website stopped working

  When we try to add a new post, the screen goes half grey. When I click on the Updates tab, it continues to show me the same left-side tool bar but with a different font, and never goes to Updates. The whole dashboard seems to be basically dead in the water. This is regarding the SF State University student newspaper site and I am the EIC – I have login info as an admin and we have paid for premium. Please help!

  It is goldengatexpress.org – someone was able to temporarily fix it, but that lasted less than a day!

  I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, goldengatexpress.org is a self-hosted WordPress.org site through Bluehost, which we really can’t help with.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/

  Bluehost’s support team would be another good resource.
