  We refunded your last payment on this account on 6 March when you cancelled your upgrades. You can see a receipt for that refund in your billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  If you want to completely close your account, you can do that from the account settings page at https://wordpress.com/me/account/

  Closing your account will not affect the pending refund, as that has already been processed on our end.
