Need to access backup

  My website is down, and I cannot access the backup file via the hosting service because someone else set up hosting for me. Is there a way to access a backup file from my WordPress account?

  Hi –

  The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
