Need to access site but have no password or access to original email

    We are a union branch in the uk. The site admin for our wordpress blog left and lost password she no longer has access to the original email she signed up with. The site has a post on it that needs to be changed as what it states about the state of industrial relations with management is no longer the case. It is essential that this post is removed what can we do?
