Need to add a custom DNS to a thirdparty app

    I added the new DNS to integrate my website into a thirdparty app, but it doesn’t reflect on the app. ANy help to resolve it, would be highly appreciated.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes
