precisionplusc.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Google Domains rather than WordPress.com:
This site is not currently connected to WordPress.com in any way but the Jetpack plugin can be used to create a connection to your WordPress.com, meaning the site you can be managed through your account here.
Is this what you want to do? Or are you trying to update the email address for the account you have on precisionplusc.com?
