  Hi, I built my website trichologistsolutions.com on WordPress in 2019, and left for a year. I would like to bring my website back. Can you do that for me? I already cancelled with the other company. I also do not want the name ‘wordpress’ in the showing or in the url either.

  That part is fairly easy — you’ll just need a plan that supports mapping. Can you clarify this though?

  I see a custom-built site at the address right now. I am not seeing a simple way to port this one over, so the process would basically be copying the content over for each page, formatting them as you’d like, then transferring the domain here. It’s not within the scope of our typical support, but we do have service offerings that can help with that:

  Or, if there aren’t too many pages and you’d just like to start copying them over, you can do that, too. I’d recommend starting with a newer theme, and just copying one page at a time, giving them the same name, uploading the graphics here, etc. And all of our paid plans include direct support if you’re struggling with that process.

  Also, just to be sure, you’ll still have that hosting and domain ready while the new site is being set up here, right? You’ll want to be sure your existing domain and hosting are accessible for now. Especially the domain: if you’ve already requested a cancellation on that, I’d recommend contacting them to get it undone so you can transfer the domain instead. If you have any confusion on that (and we wouldn’t blame you — domains can be tricky) let us know. The main thing is to just be sure you don’t lose the domain, as they can be difficult to get back.
