Need to cancel a domain subscription but my account is locked

  I just saw a Paypal charge for renewal on this account: businesstechpartner.com and I need to cancel this. When I tried to login, it said my account was locked and it was sending reset link to my email. When I tried to go to the email, Yahoo said the email was deactivated due to inactivity and I cannot recover it. I do not want this $19.99 charged to me annually and there appears to be no way to get this canceled.

  I tried to do the account recovery with WordPress, but it says the Paypal transaction ID was not valid. I copied it directly from my statement, so I am at a loss and this feels a bit like fraud now. I need this domain and charge canceled ASAP.
