Need to cancel Jetpack plugin & receive refund immediately

  Hi,

  I have received an email receipt from Jetpack total of $143.55

  I would like to cancel this subscription & receive an immediate refund.

  This website is currently not with WordPress & the client has set this website up with an alternative hosting provider & is now hosting the website with Shopify.

  There is no need for me to pay this or keep this subscription.

  That can be canceled and refunded from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases under the WordPress.com account that purchased the plan, which is not the account you’re currently logged in under.
