Need to cancel old account and set up new one

  My former website guy created my WP account many years ago. I don’t know what password he used. I now have new website and my new website guy and I need to set up new WP account for the new site and include WOO plugin, using the same email address and same domain name, I’ve had for 20+ years. How do we do this?

  I finally found the link to change/reset the password and accessed the old account. Now the challenge is how to delete the old account and create a new one. It keeps directing me to build a new website, but the new website is built and has been active for 2 years.
