need to cancel the domain and asking for refund

    Hello
    I want to cancel the purchase of this domain ; I purchased it this morning and have been trying to contact wordpress to cancel it . my receipt number is [redacted]

    Please help me on this. I have another account w wordpress as an author which I will continue.

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    I do not see any upgrades under your @bdatleb WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? The payment info you provided matches a transaction that was made on another account, and has already been cancelled and refunded according to our records.
