Need to Cancel/Remove Site from WordPress

  Hello,

  I need to cancel/delete my site, siennaplantationblog.wordpress.com. Each time I click to delete the site permanently, a pop-up appears saying that I have ‘active upgrades’ that need to be canceled before I can delete the site. I’ve managed my purchases and made sure that I downgraded to a free version of WordPress, so I’m not sure how to proceed.

  Hi there,

  You still have the premium theme, Gema, on your site. You bought that in August last year. Premium themes never expire, but if you cancel it you’ll need to buy it again should you want to use it again.

  Can you please confirm if you want to cancel that theme?

  Thanks for confirming. I’ve removed the theme, so you should now be able to delete the site via My Site ->Settings.
