Need to Change Blog Address

    Hello. I currently have a free wordpress blog, but need to change the web address due to security issues. I am not sure how to proceed. I have already another free web wordpress address secured. Is it best to rename my current blog? Or transfer to a new one? Is there anyway users going to my current address can be redirected to the new one? I am just not sure what is the best option. Any advice?
