need to change credentials on admin

    hi we had an employee leave our company that built our website and I am wondering if there is a way to change all of our admin credentials? I changed all the users that had admin access other than that is there anyone that will have access to the back end of our site?

    If the site is on WordPress.com you’ll need to verify ownership of the account that owns the site via our account recovery form:

    If the site is using the open source WordPress software, you’ll need to contact the hosting provider on whose servers the site is hosted, as we have no control at all over such sites.
