Need to change my WordPress account associated with Jetpack

    Hi, I need to disconnect Jetpack from an old wordpress.com account and connect it to this new one I created. The problem is that I don’t have the login info for the old account since it was created a long time ago by someone who no longer works with us. How should I proceed?

    Hi there,

    It looks like you already have an open ticket with VaultPress support. The people you spoke to there are the same people who support Jetpack, so they’re the best people to help you with this. Can you please reply to that existing ticket to ask them for help with this?
