Need to change password but don’t have access to old email account

    Hi! I need to change my password but I don’t have access to the old email account. I need to completely redo the website. My old graphic designer is saying the info I’m entering is correct but it’s not letting me sign in. And of course wordpress gas no phone support. Any help is appreciated.

    I do not see any sites under your @totallybakedsatx WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
