  I am trying to take over the admin of our parish website but have come across issues I cannot yet resolve. I am trying to transfer the ‘Jetpack Ownership’ and it asks me to login to wordpress so I created an account but don’t know how to assign an existing website ogwell.org/wp-admin to ‘My Sites.’ I might also need other help/information depending upon what is needed after that.

  The site that you have listed does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, your site is hosted by PULSE8SERVER10.CO.UK and is set up on the other version of WordPress. That’s the open source WordPress.org software. Help with that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
