need to copy pages to flash drive

  I was wondering if there was an easy way to copy posts and pages to a flash drive?
  there are some that i need to take down but need to keep the contacts on it.
  tried to do the export, but when i look at it it is not all the pages. please help!!

  The XML export will contain your posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags. You choose what to export:
  __All content This will contain all of your posts, pages, comments, custom fields, terms, navigation menus and custom posts.
  __Posts
  __Pages
  __Feedbacks

  For saving to a Flash drive does this help?
