Need to disconnect from Jetpack, but I can’t access My Site to disconnect
-
I’ve been trying to migrate my site from WordPress to GoDaddy. Apparently, it is hosted on GoDaddy, but I have to disconnect it here, before I can fully set it up or something. GoDaddy says they can’t do anything about it, I need to do it here at WordPress. I received some help and advice from an expert directing me to https://jetpack.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/
I’ve tried following those steps, but every time I try to go to My Site, the message ‘Please check your Primary Site’s jetpack connection wp-admin’ appears preventing me from going any further.
I found someone asking this question on Jetpack’s support and they were directed here, so here I am as well.Any ideas on how to breach this impasse I find myself at? Thank you in advance!

Hi there!
We can disconnect the Jetpack connection between your WordPress.com account and the site tonisattic.com for you. Please note that once we do that, the site at GoDaddy will lose any Jetpack features that require a WordPress.com connection.
Please confirm and we’ll go ahead and disconnect the site from your account. :)

Thank you for responding. Please do so. I don’t think I need those Jetpack features at this time, so I’m not concerned with that currently. Thank you again for responding.
